Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Important: Once service has begun, no refunds or exchanges are permitted. This includes VoIP services, subscriptions, or any activated service plans.

- Must be in original packaging
- Must include receipt or proof of purchase

- Items not in original condition, or damaged
- Returns after 30 days

If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
